APC plot to recruit fake Police exposed, security agencies notified

APC plan of recruiting fake police officers to be deployed across Edo state for the purpose of disrupting the September 10 election has been exposed.

Messers Osakpamwan Eriyo alias Nomoles, Odion Olaye, Tony kabaka, Shaba, David Olukoga, Lord Amen Osunde and five others were in closed door meeting today Sunday to perfect elaborate plan to rig Saturday 10th September Governorship election in Edo state. The details of the plan was leaked to newsmen by ‘secret cameras’ in town.

The plan is to recruit fake police men, distort polling units where PDP is winning, intimidate electorate to vote for APC by all means under the watchful eyes of already induced security men.

They have been mandated to recruit more thugs to carry out the dastardly act.

The fake police men are also expected to use unmarked police van to patrol round the voting centers to get update where they can easily strike if PDP is leading thereby forcing INEC to cancel the results of  such a voting center.

Meanwhile in a similar meeting which held with INEC adhoc staff at Abudu, the Presiding Officers were trained onhow to invalidate the votes of the PDP where the party was leading.

In the plan, the Presiding Officer is asked to use the ink pad to thump print on another party logo wherever PDP was voted during sorting so that the ballot would be invalidated.

The ink pad is intended to be placed on the table. But where the opposition discovered this trick, the Presiding Officer is advised to use the ink that would be in his hair to continue to stain the thumb while sorting the ballots.

Where these methods failed, the Presiding Office was asked to create a scene and alert the thugs who would be on standby to cause mayhem and snatch the ballot box which the INEC would go somewhere prearranged to collect a replacement.

The PDP has been briefed of this plan and the party said it has actually discovered 21 ways the APC may plan to rig the election and that the party has clearly defined unique response mechanism to foil the plan.

“There is no cause for alarm. The PDP will shock the APC and let them know that Khaki nor bin leather. They cannot rig this election.” Chief Dan Osi Orbih, the Edo PDP chairman said.
