According to MTO, R.Kelly the Pied Pieper may be back to his old ways as he was caught creeping up on a 16 year old girl on Instagram.
The under aged girl put out a seductive photo teasing her friends and the 50 year old singer couldn’t help but leave a comment. People would have seen it as harmless but considering R.Kelly’s paedophile records, his action raised some eyebrows and criticism.
