Six arrested for Open urinating on rail tracks in Lagos

 Six men were today August 24, arrested for urinating on rail tracks in the Oshodi area in Lagos state. 

 

The state Commissioner for Entvironment and Water Resources, Tokunboh Wahab, disclosed this on his X handle. He wrote;
