The spokesperson of the State Police Command, SP William Ovye Aya, has confirmed an incident in a statement on Wednesday, October 30, 2024
That a physically challenged man identified as Ojochogwu Baba 49-year-old has been arrested for allegedly having a carnal knowledge of a 10-year-old girl in Kogi State.
Aya said the suspect was arrested at Wada Estate in Lokoja.
According to the State Police spokesperson the suspect lured the minor to his house by sending her on an to purchase cigarettes and alcohol for him.
According to the breaking news,the PPRO also added that investigation is still ongoing that the suspect will be charged to court on completion.
